Shipping policy

Shipping Time:
Our plates are produced on demand. Estimated shipping time is between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the weight (kg) of the order.

Damaged Plates:
If your plate(s) arrive damaged, please:

• Take a picture of the damaged item(s)
• Send a written notice along with the picture to info@evm-porcelain.com
• Notify us within 10 days of receiving the damaged plate(s)

Upon receipt of your notice and photo, we will provide a replacement.
